RETURN OF GOODS - WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT REASON
.We care about your satisfaction with your purchases, so we allow you to cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
We do not require a reason for return, but any feedback helps us improve our products and services.

- Please remember to include your order number in the return shipment for proper identification of the return. .

- It is not possible to return goods purchased online in a stationary store .
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will promptly, but no later than 14 days, make a refund to the account provided.

RECOMMENDATION OF GOODS
Your satisfaction with the quality of our products is the most important thing for us, so if something does not meet your expectations, we will do everything to resolve the matter as soon as possible! Complaint processing is a priority for us, so it usually takes no longer than 14 days.

- Free and gift products are excluded from the right to claim .

- Damage or finding of shortages in the shipment is considered up to 7 days after receiving the order .

- Preferred way to resolve the complaint: replacement, and if this option is not possible- reduction in price or refund. .
- Contact information - so that we can efficiently contact you. .
- Address for receipt of goods (if returning the product will be necessary) - this will greatly speed up the whole process. .
Complaint processing time
We will respond to your request as soon as possible - no later than within 14 days of receipt. We will inform you about the course of the complaint, in particular its acceptance, acknowledgement or rejection by email or telephone.
