How can I join the loyalty program?
Joining the Beauty Award program happens automatically when you subscribe to the newsletter or make a purchase at hdrey.com or at any brand's brick-and-mortar store. You don't need to create an account! Simply provide your email address, and loyalty points will be permanently assigned to it. You will have up to 12 months to use them.
When will the program points be credited to my account?
For online orders, you will receive program points only after you collect your parcel. If you purchase a product in-store, loyalty points will be automatically credited to your account after the transaction is finalized.
How to earn points?
Loyalty points in the Beauty Award club are automatically credited with every purchase made on hdrey.com and at the HDRÈY brick-and-mortar store. To receive them, simply provide your email address during transaction finalization - points will be automatically credited to your account.
How many points will I get for individual products?
For every 10 PLN spent, you will receive 1 point, which is worth 1 PLN. You can use the accumulated points as discounts for both online purchases at hdrey.com and in our company's brick-and-mortar stores.
How to check your loyalty program points balance?
Go to hdrey.com. Log in to your account by entering your email address. We will send you a login code to the provided address, and after entering it, you will be able to check your current loyalty points balance.
What can I exchange my points for?
You can use the accumulated points for discounts in the hdrey.com online store and in brick-and-mortar boutiques. The accumulated points can reduce the final amount to be paid for your order. Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash, and their validity is 12 months.
