SHIPPING TIME

Preparation time for shipment is given individually for each product - usually it is 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment of finalizing the purchase. In special cases and during the period of increased number of orders, this time may be slightly extended to a maximum of two working days.

We offer free shipping within Poland for all paid orders worth more than PLN 199.

Whether you choose a courier or parcel machine, delivery costs will not be an additional charge. Shipments are usually delivered the next business day, calculated from the moment of dispatch.
For orders with a value of less than 199 PLN and cash on delivery, the following price list applies:

• for paid orders over 199 PLN - free delivery
  
• for orders under 199 PLN - 15 PLN gross
  
• for COD orders - 17,50 PLN gross
  

INPOST courier Standard - delivery in 1-2 business days

• for paid orders over 199 zł - free delivery
  
• for orders under 199 zł - 16 zł gross
  
• for COD orders - 19 PLN gross
  

DHL point POP / BOX - delivery in 1 working day

• for paid orders over 199 zł - free delivery
  
• for orders below PLN 199 - PLN 13.00 gross
  
• for COD orders - 16,00 PLN gross
  

DHL PARCEL - Standard courier - delivery in 1-2 business days

• for orders over 199 zł (paid, no COD) - free delivery

COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - EUROPEAN UNION.

We deliver outside Poland in cooperation with trusted carrier DHL PARCEL International, offering convenient “door to door” service - from our door straight to the Recipient's address.
International shipments:

• Shipped only after prior payment of the order (prepayment).
  
• We do not handle cash on delivery shipments.
• Each parcel is carefully secured and insured for transport.
  
• Parcels are delivered by land, and the approximate delivery time is 3-5 working days, depending on the destination country.
  

We care about safe and smooth delivery, so after sending the package, the Recipient receives a tracking number, which allows you to monitor the shipment at each stage of the journey.
