The store hdrey.com offers two types of Gift Cards: electronic version (instant online delivery) and physical version with delivery to the specified address (2-3 days delivery).
Give your loved ones the freedom of choice and a unique gift tailored to their needs. You can deliver the card in person in an elegant gift form or use our shipping service – we will quickly and conveniently deliver it directly to the recipient.
Terms and Conditions for purchasing an Online Gift Card (online delivery)

The electronic version of the Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another Gift Card.

Funds accumulated on the Gift Card have no expiration date and remain valid indefinitely.

Online Gift Card orders are processed only after full prepayment using available payment methods.

The value of the Gift Card is not included in the loyalty program. Loyalty points are credited only when the funds are used to purchase products.

A purchase confirmation is issued for the purchase of a Gift Card, which does not constitute an accounting document. A receipt or invoice is issued at the time the Card is redeemed for products.

The Gift Card is delivered exclusively in electronic form to the specified email address, which serves as confirmation of its delivery.

Failure to read the email does not constitute grounds for a refund – the card is considered delivered upon its dispatch to the provided email address.
Terms and Conditions for purchasing a Physical Gift Card (with courier delivery)
- The physical card is packaged in a gift box with a chosen occasional message and delivered to the shipping address specified in the order.
- Orders for Gift Cards are processed only after full prepayment using available payment methods (cash on delivery is not an option).
- The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another Gift Card.
- An amount of PLN 10, representing the shipping cost, has been added to the value of the Gift Card. The recipient will not incur any shipping costs for products they choose when redeeming the card.
- After purchasing the Gift Card, its details are sent to the email address specified in the order, enabling its use and serving as confirmation of its delivery.
- Failure to collect the physical shipment does not constitute grounds for a refund – the card is considered delivered via email and is non-refundable.
