CONTEST RULES

“HDRÈY x Warsaw Music Festival”

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the contest is HDRÈY GROUP Sp. z o.o., NIP 7252207626, with its registered office at: Całowanie 103E, 05-480 Całowanie, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. The contest is organized via the official HDRÈY brand profile on Instagram.
3. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
4. The contest is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§2 Contest Duration

1. The contest begins upon the publication of the contest post.
2. The contest runs until June 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
3. The contest results will be announced on June 8, 2026, on Stories and under the contest post.

§3 Conditions of Participation

1. The contest participant must be a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has a public Instagram account.
2. To take part in the contest, you must:

a) follow the profiles @hdrey_pl and @warsawmusicfestival,
b) like the contest post,
c) in a comment under the contest post, write:

• what connects a summer music festival and the SUN&FUN series,

d) tag the person the participant would like to take to the Warsaw Music Festival.

1. Fulfillment of all conditions is necessary for participation in the contest.
2. A participant may add more than one contest comment, provided different people are tagged.

§4 Prizes

1. The prize in the contest is 5 (five) double invitations to the Warsaw Music Festival, which will take place on June 13, 2026.
2. Each winner will receive one double invitation.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalent or any other prize.

§5 Rules for Selecting Winners

1. Among all correctly submitted participants, the Organizer will draw 5 winners.
2. The drawing will be conducted randomly from entries that meet the conditions of these rules.
3. Winners will be informed by being tagged in a comment under the contest post and by the announcement of results on Stories.
4. Winners are obliged to contact the Organizer via private message within 48 hours of the announcement of results.
5. In the event of no contact within the specified period, the Organizer has the right to select another winner.

§6 Personal Data

1. The administrator of participants' personal data is HDRÈY GROUP Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and awarding prizes.
3. The participant has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

§7 Final Provisions

1. Participation in the contest is tantamount to accepting these rules.
2. The rules are available in the description of the contest post and on the website hdrey.com, if published there.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules for important legal or organizational reasons.
