CONTEST RULES
“HDRÈY x Warsaw Music Festival”

§1 General Provisions

1. The contest organizer is HDRÈY GROUP Sp. z o.o., NIP 7252207626, with its registered office at ul. Całowanie 103E, 05-480 Całowanie, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

2. The contest is organized via the official HDRÈY brand profile (@hdrey_pl) on Instagram.

3. The contest is in no way sponsored, supported, administered, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for its conduct.

4. The contest is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

5. The contest is promotional in nature and serves to promote the HDRÈY brand and the Warsaw Music Festival event.

§2 Contest Duration

1. The contest begins at the time of publication of the contest post on the @hdrey_pl profile.

2. The contest runs until June 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

3. The contest results will be announced on June 16, 2026, by publishing information in a comment under the contest post and on the @hdrey_pl profile Stories.

§3 Terms of Participation

1. A natural person who meets the following criteria may participate in the contest:
   a) is 18 years of age or older,
   b) has a public Instagram account,
   c) has accepted these rules.

2. To participate in the contest, you must:

a) follow the profiles @hdrey_pl and @warsawmusicfestival,
b) like the contest post,
c) complete the sentence in a comment under the contest post:
“A Summer Festival with Sun&Fun means to me...”,
d) tag a person the participant would like to take with them to the Warsaw Music Festival.

3. Fulfillment of all conditions indicated in paragraph 2 is necessary to participate in the contest.

4. One participant may submit more than one contest comment, provided that each submission meets the requirements of the rules.

5. Persons cooperating in the organization of the contest and employees of the Organizer are excluded from the contest.

§4 Prizes

1. The prizes in the contest are 5 (five) double tickets to the Warsaw Music Festival for June 20, 2026.

2. Each winner will receive one double ticket entitling them to participate in the event with one accompanying person.

3. The prize includes only admission tickets to the event.

4. The Organizer does not cover transportation costs, accommodation, meals, or other costs associated with participation in the event.

5. Prizes are not exchangeable for monetary equivalent, another prize, or transferable to third parties.

§5 Winner Selection Rules

1. From all correctly submitted participants, the Organizer will select 5 winners by drawing lots.

2. The drawing will be conducted from all entries that meet the conditions specified in these rules.

3. Winners will be announced on June 16, 2026, by:
   a) tagging their profiles in a comment under the contest post,
   b) publishing information on the @hdrey_pl profile Stories.

4. Winners are obliged to contact the Organizer via private message within 48 hours from the announcement of the results.

5. In case of no contact from the winner within the period specified in paragraph 4, the Organizer has the right to select another winner by redrawing lots.

6. The Organizer's decisions regarding the conduct of the contest are final and not subject to appeal.

§6 Personal Data

1. The administrator of participants' personal data is HDRÈY GROUP Sp. z o.o.

2. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of:
   a) conducting the contest,
   b) selecting winners,
   c) awarding prizes.

3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for receiving the prize.

4. The participant has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and object to its processing in accordance with applicable law.

5. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct the contest and fulfill obligations resulting from legal provisions.

§7 Final Provisions

1. Participation in the contest is equivalent to accepting these rules.

2. The rules are available at:

3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that this does not infringe on the acquired rights of the participants.

4. In matters not regulated by these rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

5. The contest does not constitute a game of chance, promotional lottery, or mutual betting in the understanding of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling.
