CONTEST RULES

"Win tickets to Justyna Steczkowska's ROMA SYMPHONICA tour"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the contest is the HDRÈY brand, operating through the @hdrey_pl profile on Instagram.

The contest is in no way sponsored, supported, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The contest runs from the date the post is published until the last ticket giveaway – according to the concert schedule.

The contest is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§2. PARTICIPATION RULES

Individuals who meet the following criteria may participate in the contest:

a) are over 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian,

b) have a public Instagram account,

c) fulfill the conditions described in §3.

Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.

§3. CONTEST TASK

To participate in the contest, you must:

like the @hdrey_pl profile on Instagram,
share the contest post on Stories, tagging the profiles: @hdrey_pl and @justynasteczkowska,
In the comments below the contest post:

a) tag the person the participant wishes to take to the concert,

b) write the name of the city where they want to win tickets.

§4. PRIZES

The prize in the contest consists of double tickets (for 2 people) to Justyna Steczkowska's ROMA SYMPHONICA concert in one of the selected cities:

Białystok (12.09),
Wrocław (22.09),
Kraków (10.10),
Bielsko-Biała (30.10),
Rzeszów (31.10).
Number of prizes: 1 double ticket for each city.

It is not possible to exchange the prize for its cash equivalent or transfer it to another person.

§5. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

Winners will be drawn from valid entries in the comments.

The condition for awarding the prize is the fulfillment of all requirements specified in §3.

Winners will be announced on the @hdrey_pl profile, in the form of Stories – 10 days before each concert.

Winners are obliged to contact us via private message on Instagram within 72 hours of the announcement of results.

§6. DATA PROCESSING

Participants' personal data (Instagram login, data for sending tickets) will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the contest and awarding the prize.

The Administrator of the data is the Organizer.

§7. FINAL PROVISIONS

Any disputes shall be resolved by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules during the contest for valid reasons, provided that it does not affect the acquired rights of participants.

For matters not regulated by these rules, Polish law shall apply.
